We welcome Lauren Talluto to Ecography!
About our new subject editor:
Lauren is an ecological modeller and macroecologist, specialised in statistics and ecological modelling and working at spatial scales ranging from (meta-) ecosystem-level to continental and global analyses.
She is especially focused on how biodiversity in terrestrial and freshwater systems responds to stressors such as climate and land use change. Lauren has contributed methodological developments in fields ranging from species distribution models to freshwater meta-ecosystems, and also develops software for ecological analysis and modelling.
She is based in the Biodiversity, Ecology, and Conservation group at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis.

Ecography—who are we?
ECOGRAPHY: A Journal of Space and Time in Ecology is an Open Access journal owned by the Nordic Society Oikos.
Our journal strives to understand ecological or biodiversity patterns through space and time. We encourage papers to advance the field of macroecology and biogeography through the development and testing of theory or modern methodology (remote sensing, molecular techniques, AI) or by proposing new tools for analysis or interpretation of ecological phenomena. There are no biases with regard to taxon, biome, or biogeographical area.
